Eminent Domain

Kinder Morgan plans to route a 42 inch natural gas pipeline through the Texas Hill Country. The Permian Highway Pipeline will stretch 430 miles from the oil fields of West Texas to Houston. This films examines how Texas grants the right of Eminent Domain to private corporations and what impact this is having on landowners across the state.

The Rule of Capture

Water is the new oil. In Texas the Rule of Capture allows landowners to pump as much water as needed. Now large corporations are establishing pump fields to mine this resource from the aquifers. We look at what this means for landowners  who own their water in place.

We worked with the Wimberley Valley Watershed Association and The Texas Brewshed alliance to highlight the importance of preserving our groundwater and what this means to the Breweries across central Texas

We worked Arcos Films to produce two films for the Mental Health Chanel.
